Mum is doing great!!! She is walking so much more and seems to nap less 😃
She is also in the kitchen more and more, helping to prepare dinners, cleaning up, and make me grocery lists 🤪
She takes care of dad during the night, helping him get up to the bathroom and making sure he doesn't get up too early. He waits for her to get up first. She does lose a little sleep but she seems to be okay with it.
She also has him do exercises with her in the evening...too cute! Some times I even join in!😁
I am starting them both on B 12 for energy. It's a spray under the tongue that I have been taking for the last few months and it really helps me so I'm hoping it will do the same for them!
