My heart hurts for the family. And friends. Anita was a warrior and fought her battle bravely. She will be greatly missed. Prayers and thoughts to all.

My heart is so sad. Sad for Tim and all of Anita’s family and friends. Anita is at peace from all she was going through. I didn’t know this beautiful woman long, I met both Anita and Tim on a plane headed for Nashville this spring. I was lucky to have been seated next to them. We talked all the way and it was then that I heard of Anitas journey. I shared mine too, of the loss of my husband of 43 years to this horrific disease in 2021.
Anitas determination, her unshakable faith and hope of winning this battle reminded me of my husband.
Her light shined bright that day and I truly believed that she would probably make it. I can only imagine what a wonderfully bubbly, friendly woman she was in her life ‘before cancer’ because she certainly made a difference in this lady’s life from North Dakota that day. God Bless you Anita, may you fly high!!
