Its only one bathrooms and two of the bedrooms are up a very narrow staircase, so its not perfect for old ladies. On the other hand, its zoned for an additional granny unit in the back. As a trustee, I have a duty to the benficiaries of her estate to sell it for market price so they can get the money, so BLOWs would have to figure out how to buy it.
