Andy and Rachel, you do not know me but I have been a friend of your mother, Teresa, for a very long time. She has a very special place in my heart.
I was sorry to hear about your unfortunate accident. It appears you have come a long way from that first day. God hears our prayers and I'm sure He is listening to all of the prayers of those who have been praying. I am also praying that you can continue to be determined and allow God to heal you. One day you will be looking back and be amazed at what you went through. God bless you and your family.

So happy to read the update and the positive news and energy. The weather doesnt help with moods much. When we get a little sunshine hopefully that'll help take a load off and cheer everyone up. Such great news! Keep us posted. Thoughts and prayers are with you!

Your writing these journals to us is very touching, Rachel.
Everyone agrees with me, you have a knack for this. You touch us all with your words and your LOVE for Andy and your family shines through.
It has been a long 12 weeks, that is true. However, seeing how positive Andy has been throughout this whole ordeal is wonderful. He has a strong FAITH in not only God - but in himself, as well. The outpouring of love and prayers has been phenomenal since day one. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who has touched Andy's life in any way, whether by visiting him, sending a message, calling, or silently praying for him, we all appreciate it immensely.

Great seeing Andy yesterday! He should be so proud of his progress. It's a slow process, but he'll get there! He's so lucky to have a family that supports him and is there for him every step of the way!!
