My heart and prayers for you all during this time. Amy is so strong. I love the way you described her strength. You all are showing your own strengths during this “season” of your lives and very lucky to have each other to lean on. Praying for you daily! ❤️

Thank you so much for bravely and beautifully sharing with us. Your ministry to others during this season is being multiplied by the Holy Spirit. The scripture comes to mind: But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. . . For when I am weak, then I am STRONG (2 Corinthians 12:9-11). I continue to pray for Christ's power to rest on you each day!

Jake and Amy.. I find myself not knowing what to say after your amazing entries.. so raw, so vulnerable. Having been on this journey with my mom just over 4 years ago, all I can say is I get it, not entirely of course, but to some degree. Stay the strong folks you are. Braden and Haley are so fortunate to have you BOTH during this time. God is good always. Praying for Amy every day, and the entire family. Sending love and hugs. XO

wonderful "strength" definition ... like beyond our human measurement ... strength like only God can give ... can't write more ... I'm crying ... that's what the ... mean.

Thank you, Jake, for demonstrating the love of an adoring husband to your amazing and STRONG wife Amy. It is a reminder to all of us husband's to show our amazing wive's the same admiration and love that you have expressed. As you eloquently stated, because we all go through things. This was the perfect encouraging reminder to receive the day before my Wedding Anniversary. We continue to pray for Amy and your family every day.
