Hello friends- 
I know it’s been a bit and I apologize. So they goal was for momma to be back this week but unfortunately that isn’t the case. Her doctor said possibly next week. So we just keep praying.

Mom was moved out of icu into a regular room  but has now been transferred back to icu due to not being able to get the care that she needs. It is frustrating but I’m glad she’s getting the care she needs. She was on just normal oxygen but now was switched back to the Vapotherm, which is heated oxygen. 

She says she’s feeling fine but is tired of being there. She’s very bored and eventually you can only handle so much. The doctors said they enjoy her being there. As for me, I just want my momma. It’s been 19 days since I’ve truly seen my momma. A girl can only go so long without her mom. 

As for me, I go for my consultation with my neurosurgeon on May 4th. At this point, who knows where my journey will go. Right now, my main focus is my momma. Yes, I am still taking care of myself but momma is my focus. 

So as always, I ask for continued prayers for us both. Life has been an adjustment but we are working through it. Pray that momma gets to come home soon because not only do I miss her, but so does our dog. To my momma, I love you more.
