I h ave restless leg syndrome and I found that a foam called "THERAWORX Relief, works well to ease the cramps and spasms associated with restless legs. The CVS druggist told me they have a hard time keeping enough on the shelves. It costs about $21.00, but well worth it if it works.
Am so glad you are doing good (as good as you can be during this process). I think of you often. Your hair is the least of your concerns now, Just get well. Wally's hair came back quite fast after the chemo ,and when it came back it was gray and curly! Now nearly 3 years later it is just gray. Remember he used to have perms, maybe I should color it. You ae in my thoughts--just remember this to shall pass and in a soon it will fade from your memory.
