My name is Amy and I have been battling depression,anxiety, under active thyroid trouble.  I am not able to work because I’m sick and out of it. I was in the hospital at United for 4 days and the doctor upped my medication and I told him not too. He didn’t listen to me. My medical bills are piling up and due to me not feeling well I had to cancel my wedding. Life isn’t fair right now I was doing so good a fire months ago and now I a mot doing good at all.
