Amanda’s Story

Site created on November 14, 2021

🎗 We need the help of family, friends and community. Early October a large lesion was discovered on Amanda's Femur during what was supposed to be a routine MRI for hip pain. Amanda was referred to the oncology team at the University of Minnesota. The team there has diagnosed her with Osteosarcoma a aggressive and often debilitating bone cancer. Her leg is none weight bearing, and as a result she's unable to complete most daily task without complications or pain. Eventually Amanda will require limb salvage surgery. Unfortunately the cancer has been found in multiple lymph nodes and they've found nodules in the lungs. Anyone with time to donate to help around the house, we certainly invite the help. We will adjust her needs as a treatment plan is implemented. Any monetary donations will help supplement lost income and alleviate the burden of medical expenses. We strongly encourage prayers.
