In November 2019, I suffered a major spinal cord injury after a facet joint crushed my Cauda Equina. I had 3 surgeries very quickly after that. Fast forward to November 2019, one year and two days after my initial cauda equina injury. I had an accident that sent me back to the hospital and re-triggered my previous spinal cord injury full force.

This is my journey of recovery.
