Congratulations on your first bell ringing! So proud of the way you are dealing with everything. I know the next few weeks will be very hard. I know I can't come see you but if you need a new voice I am just a phone call away. Stay strong. I love you Wisser ❤️ Aunt LaLa.
Alyssa you don't know my family but we were neighbors with your mother Leslie sometime back. We keep in touch with your grandmother/grandfather the Mehans and she has told me about your ordeal and kept me up to date. Today she told me about this website. My husband and I have kept you in our prayers and will continue to do so. Sounds like you are a great fighter and I know you will overcome this. Good luck and we will be thinking of you around the middle of February.
Love all of you Cavanaugh’s. I promise I’ll be praying for a cure- a happy, healthy 2019. I’ll be in town for a couple days at the end of Jan. I’d love to have a visit if you are up for it. God Bless all of you!
I am a ‘96 WKU graduate (yes, I am old!) and we watched you play volleyball these past few years and were so impressed by you as a person, as well as your VB talent, Alyssa! My daughters play volleyball and you are their hero! It hurts to see you going through this, but you will beat it! Looking forward to some great updates on your fight to beat this!
My son, who played golf for UK was diagnosed with AML 4 months after he graduated. He had a bad marker (chromosome 7) and had to have a bone marrow transplant. Please feel free to contact me if you’d like. My cell is 270-792-4050. We live in Bowling Green, and I would be glad to help you in any way I can. Thinking about you! Lisa Leachman
Alyssa, Just want you to know that my Sunday School class is praying for you every week and I mention your name and you are prayed for again on Sunday nights and Wednesday nights. Our church and my class are behind you with prayer.
