Thank you Rachel for your heartfelt and generous updates. Yes, Alysha will continue to bring the light, as long as we stay open to receive it. Blessings to her journey ahead and to those who have been forever inspired by her ease, grace and joy. No life or love is ever wasted.

I’m so thankful for the time we had with Alysha. She was so strong, loving and courageous. The love and attention she gave my children was so special. She’ll always hold a place in our hearts. Luckily the piles of crystals we have everywhere is our daily reminder of her sweet soul

Theodore Roosevelt once said, "The joy of living is his who has the heart to demand it." Alysha certainly had a lot of heart, and gave joy to everyone around her. I'm so saddened by this news, but I'm comforted that all of her loved ones were nearby for her when it happened. She certainly knew she was loved by everyone, but particularly by her family. I've always been impressed with how close the siblings have always been.

I'm so glad I got to know Alysha and reconnect with Andrea in the last few years. Alysha is a selfless, loving, kind soul and will be missed so very much. Love and prayers to you all. I'm so sorry.

The first time I met Alysha, I put out my hand to shake and she waved it away with a laugh saying “I don’t do that, I’m a hugger.” Then she put her arms around me as if I was a long lost friend. I thought of that moment when I read this post and see she must’ve gone through her much-too-short life exactly that way: no keep-your-distance handshakes, only hugs. I didn’t know Alysha well, but certainly well enough to know how much she was adored and how terribly she’ll be missed. I am so sorry and send her family and dearest ones much love today.

I have been saying for years that you were put here as an Angel. It's always been about someone else for you and right now it's all about you sweetheart!!! You did your job by touching and teaching everyone you came across, including me, a 50 year old woman. I remember you being so unique as a child, and I should have known then that you were something extra special! Everything you did, you did 100%, and I remember that from way back when you and Ashley were a force to be reckoned with in soccer when you were kids. I love you and Heaven is an extra special place now with you there! We love you sweet angel!
