Praying for the many complicated problems you are having. If you need to have surgery, make sure the anesthesiologist knows about your whiplash. Make sure the surgeon knows as well. You don't want to come out of surgery with your neck worse than when you went into the OR.

Now about the chiropractor and then I'll get off my whiplash/EDS soapbox. Why are you going 3 times/week if the DC can't adjust you? Can you tell that your neck is as tight as it was shortly after the accident? Chiropractors can be of great help for spines with recent injuries, but my experience has been the same with each DC (chiropractor) I've seen. Three times/week for as long as they can get you to come, then less often. There is always a once/month appointment plan at the end. I finally had to end mine when I realized that I was feeling great until the next monthly appointment. I would then have a week of nasty pain. I grew up in a family where one uncle and one of his sons were chiropractors. I'm praying for wisdom in your decisions concerning your chiropractor. Many in the EDS community don't think that we should have adjustments at all. Even my DC told me towards the end of my seeing him to not let anyone adjust my SI joints. He could tell, just as I could, that the adjustment wouldn't last more than a few minutes and could make me worse. I do know some chiropractors who are very good with EDS patients. Praying more and more for you.

I've made plenty of masks and continue to do so. After working in surgery, it doesn't seem so bad except in when it is in the 90's. The only way the masks will harm us is if they are never washed (cloth variety), or some respiratory illnesses. Praying that I don't tell anyone they need to wear a mask when in the grocery store. Anyone doing that may be injured in today's political environments.

Praying for your dental work to be completed at your next appointment, or at least well on the way.

I do like your haircut and Ezra is darling as ever.
