Allison, this is so much to cope with and yet, the Lord does carry you and your faith is unwavering. In Ohio anyone going to a hospital, clinic, or doctor's office is allowed a person to help you if needed. You qualify as needing help! There should be patient rights, but who knows during this time.
Each of your health issues need help and as I told Rebekah in a comment below, I'll never look at anyone's teeth again and judge how they look. We are all children of God and perfect in His sight. My EDS dental issues are worsening, but so minor compared to you. You need better care. Dental health really does affect all of your health. I am praying you will receive all the care you need and with a assist person with you.

I know what you mean about the teeth. Now, most people couldn't even tell I was once so ill. Praise Jesus!!! I have gained back all the weight I lost (And a little extra. *cough*The plums are ripe here in TX, and I went plum picking with my brother and sister today. I climbed into a plum tree and ate about forty plums. :P You probably think that is a lot, but my little sister ate about fifty plums and my not-so-little little brother around seventy, sooooo. ), and my hair has grown back, but my teeth still look bad from when I was ill. Most people would probably think I am just careless with my hygiene as well. It sometimes bothers me. Remember, though...you are so, so, SO beautiful to God! It doesn't really matter about teeth to him, because God looks at your heart! And to the people who love you, you will always be beautiful no matter what you look like. (Does that make sense? I'm not sure. :P Hopefully you get what I mean.)
I'll leave you with one of the absolute BEST verses in the Bible. Zephaniah 3:17:
"The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing." God is up there having a party because he loves you so much! He is SINGING over you!
