Hi Alli. I'm Leah Shales (Roe)'s mom. You are in my thoughts and prayers. You are living the ultimate fear I had as a young mother--that I would somehow not get to see my children grow up. Now that I am old(er), one of the things I have found, and that you have found much younger, is that it is truly a village that raises any child. Know that you have done an amazing job of assembling that village for your daughter. You are pure energy, which will stay with your daughter always. I truly believe that here or near, you will continue to be the conductor of the orchestra. You will bring the right people into your daughter's life that will help her when she needs them. It is not accident or chance that brings those people to us. I am not a highly religious person, but energy cannot be destroyed. It can be changed, yes. Your energy is so strong. Believe that you can make a difference wherever your energy is.

Such a strong powerful message- everything you do is always amazing! Keeping fighting beautiful- we are all lifting you up as you continue to inspire so many!

I, like everyone else, praise you for your positive attitude and fight for yourself, your daughter and the rest of your family. Thank you for also reminding us all to cherish the people and experiences in our lives, and not to take a day for granted. You have inspired me to push everyday for my loved ones.

I hope you feel this, but I have to say it too that you have given Adeline so much and though I’m sure it will never feel like enough, and whether you are near or far, you will always be with her—with your words, your presence, your love that she will always feel from you, like those rustling leaves, and from those that love both of you.
