I SPOKE TO DICK CHEGAR TODAY AND DID NOT KNOW THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE ISSUES. I ALSO WAS DIAGNOSED W/AUTO IMMUNE DISEASE 10 MOS AGO ( SCLARODERMA) MEDICATIONS ARE WORKING. I SENT MY COL. BOLAND STORY TO AL ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND WHEN I DIDN'T HEAR FROM HIM I KNEW SOMEONE WAS GOING ON. I WAS THE LAST ONE TO LEAVE

Al/Melody, just read your June 7 post. PET Scan "negative" is huge. What if had been different outcome? No cancer. Very good news. In fact the entire post is good news. Prayers, hopes and good wishes are working along with the medical team.
Thanks Doug. It has been a long time since we all last met. Hopefully we can get Blue Lodge together soon. It will be interesting to hear what Bill finds out from the Communication. Take care.
Al, we're so glad to hear the great improvement you are experiencing. Medical professionals and modern medical technology are wonderful! We'll look forward to seeing you before too long. Shrine Club dinners may be starting again in the fall and we'll all look forward to that fellowship, once more.
