Alex’s Story

Site created on January 19, 2020

On Dec 4, Alex had a tumor removed from the cerebellum. She’s had complications since the surgery. Two falls and possible seizure. She’s been back at Moffitt since Jan 13. She has had a shunt put in and her recovery is moving slowly. Will update as we know more!

Journal entry by Jill Stidd

Well my dear friends Alex is back at Moffitt today and is in surgery right now 7PM.  They are removing the shunt she had for a different one, because she started to lose awareness today.  Please hold the surgeon and Alex in prayer!
