Alexandria came home yesterday afternoon.  She is doing great. She looks and feels better than at any point after the initial surgery.  She is up and mobile but has a pic line and needs to do an antibiotic infusion twice a day.  Thanks for all the prayers and support; I am positive God heard, listened, and healed.
