Hi Aimee and Scott. I am so happy to get this update--I think about your family quite often, I read every word with love and grace in my heart. The resilience of both of you is astounding and inspiring and at the same time, I completely "get" the challenge of staying positive all the time. I hope the down moments don't add too much to the frustration of not being exactly where you want to be in your recovery. I too believe there exists the dichotomy of yin and yang within us all and out there in the physical world. There are opportunities for growth in both realms--but OY, the experiences and lessons can be ever so difficult. Sending much love to you both. I certainly hope to see you in September.

Too much lost in 2020. It's hard to always have a good outlook cuz some things just really suck! I loved seeing you & Aimee in May. Hope we can all be together again soon! Love, Ellen
