Adrian’s Story

Welcome to our CaringBridge website for Adrian. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. Adrian, who is such a bright light and loved by so many, has been in the ICU at Tacoma General since Thanksgiving day. Unfortunately, he overdosed and is on life support. He suffered a severe hypoxic ischemic event that caused multi-system organ failure, including diffuse brain damage. We will post updates about his condition. Please pray for Adrian and his family during this very hard time. Sarah and his brothers, Azim and Curtis, are unable to be with Adrian because of COVID restrictions. I have included the GoFundMe link as they are all continuing to work, but they will need financial assistance due to a lack of income when they are finally able to be by his side. Hearts are breaking everywhere for Adrian and his family. We need to hold them all close in our hearts and show them our love now more than ever. Adrian's brothers report that he is steadily improving. He has use of his hands and arms and is working hard on his legs. His vision is getting clearer than when he woke up! Keep holding him up please, he's facing a long road of recovery💜🙏
