Adam - it was such a joy to read your latest update. I found myself picturing the Mississippi right along with you. Glad you can enjoy you workout with your music. I have to admit I don't recognize many songs in your playlist, after all I am on oldster. The important thing is that you do relate and enjoy what you are listening to. Bless you Adam in all your ways and efforts. Prayers continue for you Megan and family.
I think all this is great. I’m still contemplating my recommendation….my grandchildren would recommend “Its Raining Tacos” by Parry Gripp. We all dance to that here. Thinking of you too, Megan! Keep dancing Adam. Fantastic.
Gosh, Adam--I'm so ancient I have only heard of one of the artists on your play list--much less their songs. Thus, I strongly recommend the last movement of Beethoven's 9th Symphony, ie, "The Ode to Joy"... (in addition to being noisily joyful, it helps in brushing up your German, too).
Adam, it sounds like a perfect way to heal!
I've been walking daily and listen to music. I enjoy the outdoors and prayer for you, and others. This is a precious element of my own rehab/healing in the midst of grief.
Bless you.
Dancing! Love it! I was just thinking about "chair dancing" the other day. Song suggestion: It's a totally different genre, but I love swing dancing to Johnny Clegg's Umfazi Omdala.
