Aaron was born at Bethesda Naval Medical Center on Jan 7, 2008. He was born with a congenital heart defect as well as transesophageal atresia. Aaron spent most of his life in the hospital at Bethesda, DC Children's, and Walter Reed. Aaron joined the angels in heaven after an amazing weekend at home on 5/28/08. His daddy is a member of the USAF, and his mommy is now a nurse (thanks to the inspiration of Aaron and his wonderful nurses). Aaron has a big brother and a little sister who love him and talk about him daily. Aaron's family and friends celebrate his birthday every year by giving gift cards to families in the NICU.
