Good Saturday Morning, Mom had a busy day yesterday meeting with wound care and a new surgeon for a consultation to advise her (us) on options to consider as she is still having issues with her ileostomy.  Unfortunately eating continues to be an ongoing problem - mom is often nauseous and we can’t pinpoint the reason, several suggestions have been offered to possibly help but it’s a wait and see... Mom is a bit more active now, sitting on the edge of her bed, Dan &amp; Lori were able to take her a recliner from her home that she can be in for short periods of time, PT staff are working to help her in regaining strength and our hope is she will soon be walking again🙏🏼 Please keep the cards and notes coming - her spirits get so low and she needs encouragement to keep up in her efforts to get well, to get stronger. The family continues to be thankful to everyone💓 we feel your prayers, we appreciate all the kind and generous things you have done for mom and for all of us.
