Zoë Hardy

On Tuesday, December 27th 2016 Zoë suffered a massive stroke while visiting family in Minnesota. She was transported via ambulance to Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital in time for clot-busting drugs to be effective without the need for more invasive procedures.

The prompt removal of the the clot bodes well for recovery! Despite mobility issues Zoë is able to eat a pureed diet and makes much progress daily. She is cognizant of the people around her and understands everything said to her, and her speech progresses daily.

She has the 24/7 support of family in the area.  Her daughter hasn't left her side, and her granddaugher and great-grandson live 10 minutes from her hospital.

CaringBridge is a nonprofit social network dedicated to helping family and friends communicate with and support loved ones during a health journey. Learn more about CaringBridge.
