I was diagnosed in Dec 6 2019 with Renal Cell Carcinoma. The tumor is inside my right kidney. Urologist plans on surgery on Jan 20, 2020 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center to remove the right kidney. Once that is over and my cancer is officially “staged”, I will find out if I need chemo or radiation. I will be left with my left kidney which unfortunately has a stone in it that has been there over a year.
I decided to blog the journey for myself and others.
