Zack Zaczkowski

On August 6th, 2019, Zack was admitted to the hospital in Kearny Nebraska with some ongoing health issues.  He required several blood transfusions and his condition deteriorated rapidly. Zack was soon placed in the ICU.  The hospital determined that he needed more care than they had available and he was sent by ambulance to the Omaha medical center three hours away.  There he was evaluated by doctors and was again placed in the ICU where he received more blood.  The doctors determined that Zack's liver and kidneys are failing.  He was placed in the transplant unit of the hospital.  They have told his family that he is in need of a liver transplant but that his condition needs to stabilize before the transplant can be performed.  It has been several days and Zack's condition is still critical.  Any kind thoughts or prayers are much appreciated for both Zack and the rest of his family including his three children, his wife and many other loved ones.  We are all hoping  for him to get better soon.  Thank You for all your love and support Zack’s Family
