I never saw the train coming. On March 13th, 2018, it was at my door and I was going on a journey whether I wanted to or not. I soon learned that I would be a passenger and not the conductor. I was told that I had acute myeloid leukemia and my options were receiving chemo and the transplant or die within two to three months. So here I sit on April 19th, and here is what I've learned so far. 1 God is good 2. When afraid look up 3. Never lose your sense of humor 4. It is okay to ask for help and 5. When all is said and done, family and friends who love you will always be there. So true to the course over the next few months I will share insights on these things as I continue this journey. Love you all and remember God is good.
