“You tell em I’m coming. And hell’s coming with me, you hear?” -Wyatt Earp
Howdy! I’m Wyatt Dayne Moyers. That’s right, my daddy named me Wyatt after Wyatt Earp, Wild West hero and known for bringing justice to the legendary OK Corral. My name comes from English names meaning strong in battle and warrior.
I was born on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 3:48 am. Daddy and Mama weren’t expecting to meet me for another 13 weeks. I was so anxious to meet them and the rest of the world. I’m brave and strong. Stubborn and strong-willed. On the day I was born I weighed 2 lbs 2 oz and was 13.75 inches long. I am continuing to grow and develop at Mercy Medical Center downtown Des Moines, Iowa in the NICU. Despite my early arrival and small size, my APGAR score was an 8/9. I arrived via cesarian and Mama had to be asleep during my delivery. Daddy laid his eyes on me immediately after my birth and made sure the nurses help me settle in my NICU room 4006.
Daddy and Mama have so many dreams of living life with me and teaching me to be humble, respectful, kind, responsible, standing up for myself, others that need it and what I am passionate about. Teaching me about love and surrounding me with love. They talk about giving me space and freedom to discover who I am and nurture my creativity.
Welcome to my journal where you will find updates, pictures, funny stories, and Mama and Daddy’s thoughts and emotions during this journey. They say that our friends and family are the absolute best! Crazy shenanigans will ensue but we will be so surrounded by love, laughs and lifelong memories. Saddle up partner!
