Wilnet Jones

I created this CaringBridge site for Wilnet Jones to help keep friends and family updated on my mom's healing progress.


On Feb. 29, Wilnet had a medical emergency and has been in ICU since that time. Each day, with God, prayers, support of family and friends and medical staff she continues to make progress. I am reminded constantly by medical staff and nurses that this is not a sprint but a marathon.


Your love, numerous phone calls and texts have been overwhelming and shows that mom has amazing support out there. I appreciate all of your prayers. Please keep them coming!


I am so grateful to her church families at Praise and Worship, Bethlehem Baptist Church and Mt. Gilead, her Y family and and Bell Atlantic family that has continued to send out prayers. Also, her strong close knit friends. We have set up this free site so we can provide updates, seek prayer support or offer the opportunity for you to share your thoughts.


I apologize if I have not returned your calls but you can imagine, there have been so many calls and texts daily that I can not return them all.


Because my mom is in ICU, visitation is very limited so she can get the rest she needs to heal. I talk to her daily and provide her updates on the outpouring of love and prayers.
