I have a large tumor filling 90% of my left kidney that needs to be removed. The tumor has grown out of the kidney and into the ‘surrounding neighborhood.
You now all know what I know. You all hold a special place in my heart. I am extremely grateful for the life that my Maker has granted me for 75 years and I have no fear of dying, and in fact, had wondered what was left for me to do here of consequence, and only recently, through my readings; “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do” have I benefited from the thought that it is not up to me to determine “what’s left for me to do” but rather, up to God. Consequently, I wanted to pass on to my good friends now, this thought; if you question your faith in a God as a Supreme Being, it’s time to find the answer to that question now and live it, because if so, you have no idea how comforting it is to be strong in your belief of God, and a Hereafter, when your health is threatened.
I hope we will all have many good times left in the future to share love, laughs, and great conversation. I will fight with all my might to make that happen, but if not, I must confess I would regret not be able to ‘pull your legs’ one more time with my latest BS story.
