Willie Baker

This is a hard journal message to write but I wanted everyone to know.  On Friday July 8th, Willie’s Mom(Renea), Sister(Breanna) and Cousins(Sydney, Hayden, and Elizabeth) were going on a fun day of shopping. 8 miles from their home they were side swiped by a dump truck. Instantly 5 out of 7 lives were instantly taken away.

Willie is in the hospital in an induced coma. He has a broken femur, fractured skull, internal bruising and blood on the lungs. He had emergency surgery on Tuesday July 12th. The pressure in his brain keeps expanding so the doctors removed the front part of the skull to relieve the pressure and make room for expansion.

Please keep Willie in your thoughts and prayers. We also need to be thinking about Willie’s Dad(Sam) and his Brother(Bobby).
