Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting. This is not easy for me to write. The three most feared words in the English language are the words that I heard last night. “You have cancer.”  I have been diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. I will begin chemotherapy starting tomorrow morning. Treatment will not be easy, but the doctor is confident that with treatment, and potentially surgery, that we will be able to remove the cancer in time, but not without your love and prayers. This has come as a shock to me, as I am sure that it is for most of you. I know that many of you will want to reach out to me, but this will be a difficult time for me and my family. For that reason, my family has decided to set up a Caring Bridge website to keep you informed and to allow you to post prayers and messages of encouragement that I will desperately need during this battle.  Thank you for all of your love and support. It is greatly appreciated.
