After we returned from our Beyond Band of Brothers tour of Europe in 2019, we learned that Len has NASH (Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis). Recently his liver disease has led to ESRD (End stage renal disease). He has started dialysis to compensate for the kidney disease while he waits for a liver transplant.
To paraphrase Todd Rungren, we gotta get Len a liver. It’s like nothin’ else to make sure Len stays alive.
