On December 28, 2022, at 3:45pm while hiking on the unceded lands of the Miwok (in current day Point Reyes, California) with his beloved Maria by his side, Ward experienced what is commonly known as a widowmaker heart attack and died. We’ve created this site so that people who love Ward can communicate messages to Maria, Zizi/Zuzu and Meg in a centralized way without his family needing to respond to individual messages. It’s a place for Ward and Maria’s community to gather, learn how we can help, and share our love. You can also send letters to: PO Box 879, Putney, VT 05346.
