Monday morning January 4, 2016, Wally was on his way home from doing a donor and was hit head on by a driver that was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of 295 at the 95 interchange. He was transported to UF Health (Shands) to their trauma unit. He had fractures to multiple ribs, his pelvis, internal bleeding from the liver and his bladder was badly damaged. He has a broken right ulna. His right lung deflated and is still being drained. He's had multiple surgeries to repair internal bleeding, his bladder damage and he is still scheduled for more surgeries. We have started this page to reach all of you who are praying for him everyday! We are so appreciative of every call, text and Facebook comments.
