As some of you already know, Wade was very recently diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. He went in for a routine colonoscopy and came out with a photo of a fetus-like tumor that he is calling his "angry baby." Happily, He is in good spirits and has great support from Julie and Sofie, his family, church, and friends. Now it's time to get his angry baby out of his body. He got a catheter port last Tuesday and will begin several months of chemotherapy, beginning Friday, March 12th, and reoccurring every other week for three months. He will then go through radiation, more tests, then surgery to remove the tumor, then more chemo, more tests, then hopefully a final surgery. Maybe by Christmas!
