A couple years ago, Virginia was leaving the Town Hall after voting and misstepped, wrenching her knee. After trying to remedy it with cortizone shots, she visited her Orthopedic doctor again and the x-ray showed bone on bone on the inside of her right knee. She have been stoic in managing the pain but now is ready to have it taken care of. She has lived to this fine age of 78.5 without having any other major surgery! She's a rockstar, wouldn't you agree?
Virginia is undergoing partial knee replacement on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. If they get in and find arthritis, they may decide to do a full knee replacement. We will keep you updated at this site as things progress. Robin, her daughter who lives with her, works full time but may be able to spend time with her client there at the house. There may be times of need for someone to help keep her company or be there as a "go-fer" - go fer this, go fer that! Thank you for checking in periodically. We appreciate your prayers and support.
