Vinnie Yancy Vinnie's Journey

Vinnie Yancy, son of Kaitlynne and James Yancy, is an energetic and fun loving 4 year old boy. This little boy is so easy to love and loved by all. He brings a smile to the face of all who meet him. He loves playing with construction trucks and cars, loves picture books, and Paw Patrol. Vinnie is a wonderful bid brother to little sister Olivia. Little Vinnie's life changed on  December 12th 2016 when his mom took him to the doctor over a concerning rash. Soon Kaitlynne was asked to take Vinnie to Akron Children's Hospital were he was immediately admitted and given blood and platelets. He was Diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia on December 13th 2016. He has had his port placed for treatment and will begin treatment immediately. This page will be updated to keep friends and family aware of what is going while the family focuses on Vinnie.
