Vince has been sick since October 2. He has had consistent nausea and vomiting since then, and has lost nearly 50 pounds. He had his gall bladder removed early October and now most recently (November 24) an 8 hour surgery removing a pancreatic cyst that had cancerous cells. The surgeon feels he was able to get all of the cancer. We hoped for the surgery to be done laparoscopic, but due to the severe pancreatitis, the blood vessels would not separate, and they did have to do a large incision. Currently we are waiting for a biopsy of the lymph nodes that were removed to see if any cancer has spread to that. Our next step is waiting for that. At a minimum Vince will have chemo, and we will meet with an Oncologist to see if radiation is also needed.

Rather than sending texts, I will do my best to update this site and request you use this for the latest. Thank you for your continued prayers! A GoFundMe Page has been created (below)for those interested in contributing. Thank you all!
