Vince Saleme

October 9th Vince was involved in an accident.  Someone hit him on his motorcycle. He flew 50 feet and landed in a ditch and his bike went into a retention pond.  The driver stopped and was ticketed.  No drinking or drugs involved on either side were involved on either side.  And yes. Vince was wearing a helmet and protected jacket and steel toe boots. Vince suffered a serious brain injury.  They call it a TBI for Tramatic Brain Injury.  We know he has brain damage but we will have to wait until he wakes up.  He qualified for a stem cell research study.  It will be awhile to see if it worked.  To qualified you have to have a " untreatable TBI" so that upsets me.  In addition to brain damage.   He broke his collarbone.
