Vicki Hopfer

On October 11th Vicki went in to the hospital in Paynesville after feeling sick for a couple of weeks. After many tests and scans, she was diagnosed with lung cancer. It appeared at the time to be contained to an area in her right lung. After more testing and imaging she received a diagnosis of Stage 4 Small Cell Lung Cancer on October 23. The Dr. wanted to move fast, because it was very aggressive and fast moving. She was admitted in to the St Cloud Hospital on October 25th to begin Chemo and Immunotherapy.
