I have not been feeling well the last 6+ months. I had some concerning blood work a couple months ago. I went thought a series of tests to figure out the root. I have been diagnosed with colon cancer and will have resection surgery on October 9th. I will more than likely have to receive chemo as maintenance because they feel that it has already spread to my lymph nodes. We will get this confirmed once pathology is back post-surgery. This may take a week. I am strong and will focus on the positive. Always! I have an amazing support system with my wonderful family and friends.
