Vern and Sue were involved in a one car accident Friday October 13 th . They both sustained serious injuries and were rushed to Carilion Memorial Hospital where they were treated by the expert trauma team. Sue is recovering from multiple compound fractures. Vern suffered head trauma. Vern and Sue are progressing well in rehab at Our Lady of the Valley in Roanoke, VA.
