Van, Susie, and Todd and Dee Hall were in a very bad car accident Friday night, May 19. Van and Susie sustained the worst injuries. Van has bleeding on the brain and has been in ICU since then. Susie has been moved out of ICU and although she is in a lot of pain, she will be okay.

Van's first 24 hours were very critical, and we were very thankful he came through. His scans have shown continued progress. The main area of bleeding on his brain is stable and the smaller areas are improving. He is responding to verbal commands, which is very encouraging! He was taken off the machines for a bit, but he had some trouble breathing on his own and was intubated again. However, we have been told not to be discouraged. He is getting better.

Van and Susie need to keep visitors to a minimum, so Van's sister, Diane and Dee will be updating the site when we know anything. If Van has visitors in ICU, that means his family has to leave. When we know anything, so will you. What they need most is PRAYER, and we believe in the power of God to heal them both.

Please put them on any prayer lists you wish, and if you would like to leave them a comment, we know it will mean the world to them when they are able to read it. We believe they are both going to walk out of that hospital healthy and whole. God is able.
