Beverly was diagnosed with Lymphoma on 5 July 2017 and began 6x 3 week treatments on 25 July 2017

Beverly's diagnoses is Double hit lymphoma (DHL) - an uncommon subtype of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) – making up about 5% of DLBCL cases. DHL is more challenging to treat.

How you can help Beverly - send positive thoughts & prayers - healing energy love & light! Beverly will need volunteers to drive her to and from chemotherapy and additional appointments. Beverly's husband Carl has had chronic renal failure and been on dialysis for 10 years. He needs volunteers to help get him to and from dialysis on Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Beverly's life - Beverly has amazing circle of friends and family all over the world that she loves & love her dearly! She loves staying connected through email and Facebook; She is very good at keeping up with technology & is quite connected to her Samsung cell phone and desktop computer. She has been a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Mount Prospect for about 50 years. She has been a part of her Bible class group for about 40 years. She is a retired bank teller, and most recently organizes the payroll for Grace Lutheran Church Pre-school. She has three children Andy, Debbie & Karl - their spouses Pam, Laura & Nicole and 6 grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Emilie, Mia, Ali, CJ, & Carlee. She & her sister Marilyn enjoy going to craft shows, playing Bunco, and going to events at each of their churches. She loves singing in the choir, playing bells, and volunteers with many church activities including alter duty, the rummage sale and many other activities. She and dad try to get out the the Marriott Theatre and get together regularly with dear friends of The Neva Ave Group that have been in dad's life for over 65-70 years. Mom's friends from church & bible class play such an important part in her life. If there was a job that involved keeping up with birthday wishes & prayers & looking at friends photos - Beverly would be the perfect applicant! She adores looking at all of your FB updates and letting you know that she is thinking of you and wishing you well.
