Saturday August 26, 2017 was supposed to be a night of an exciting and monumental fight that people were looking forward to watching on pay-per-view. Little did I know that after watching that very fight and going to bed, I would be awoken a few hours later by a terrifying phone call from my mother that would shatter our worlds.
On Saturday, August 26th,  my brother Tyler was in a horrible motorcycle accident on his way home; shattering the fingers in his left hand, breaking his left femur, humerus, wrist, fibia, both of his ankles and heels, along with potential permanent nerve damage to his leg and arm. He has been on a respirator and in a medically induced coma since the accident due to the severity of his injuries. Thus far, he has had two surgeries and will most likely have more in the future.
As of now we are told that he will stay in the hospital for weeks to heal, and later will have to go to a rehab facility to do further recover and PT, including re-learning how to walk. We are hoping that he can soon be off of the respirator and no longer sedated so that he can wake up.
Tyler's injuries are extensive, and he has a long road ahead of him, but we have been told over and over again what a miracle it is that he is still with us. He is one lucky man, and someone was definitely watching over him that night. And we are beyond grateful that he is still here with us.
My little brother will face the biggest challenges of his life in the upcoming months, but if anyone can do it it is him. Those that know me know how much my siblings mean to me; I will do anything to help them. We all know medical bills, and life in general is expensive, and Tyler will be unable to work for quite some time. This miracle of a man has been through so much, and I will do whatever I can to help take ANY burden off of him that I can. Because of this I am creating this campaign to help raise money for Ty's upcoming expenses (medical bills, etc.) Right now he needs love and support, and to see that we are all rooting for him, and he has people standing behind him through this tough time. Every little bit helps; let's all show TyTy we got him, and help him through this long road to recovery.

Thank you,

Emily and Paula
