Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place.

On April 12, Tuk suffered a stroke  and had surgery to remove a mass from his brain the  Saturday before Easter.  He had only minimal speech slurring  and some trouble swallowing after the surgery. Tuk came home from the hospital the following Friday, and is resting comfortably. However, he received news that same day that the mass  was a glioblastoma, an aggressive  form of cancer.  The surgeons were able to remove 80 percent of the tumor but this cancer has a very low survival rate.

We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement.   We will provide updates on Tuk’s prognosis and condition as they are available.  Thank you for visiting.
