Hello, dear friends & family of the amazing Trudy Kaufman.

As many of you may know, on August 17th Trudy had cardiac repair surgery done to her mitral valve. The procedure itself was successful but unfortunately there were some complications due to a rare autoimmune disease that was discovered. Over the course of this past week, the cardiac surgeon and team have been trying every possible way to get her heart pumping on its own, but she has needed additional support since. It has been an up and down process so far, to say the least.  

Thanks to all of you for reaching out, your prayers and positive energy, and for being such a wonderful part of Team Trudy.As you can imagine, Darren, Todd, Dick and Leny are receiving an enormous amount of texts, calls & emails, and there's too much happening moment-to-moment to be able to respond to everyone immediately and consistently.
