Hey my name is Brandon Weathers, I am 27 years of age. I recently suffered from a severe knee injury in August 2016. Due to a torn meniscus and some torn cartilage in my left knee, i had to have surgery on December 12, 2016. During the first week of my recovery, i was sitting back in the recliner chair and i suddenly i couldn't breathe. After being rushed back to the hospital, i was then diagnosed with a blood clot in my right lung. I was hospitalized and put on Lovenox and Coumadin. They made it mandatory for my to take two shots a day and one pill a day for 90 days. Every week I have to have my blood levels checked which costs $39 each visit. I also have to go to physical therapy 2-3 times out of the week which costs $70 each visit. I will be tested for Sleep Apnea in Jan because my air ways don't open correctly.So this is another medical expense that I don have at this moment .Due to this surgery i am out of work, therefore i have no income to finance these expenses on top of bills and living expenses. Me being the only provider in the family, this situation makes it even harder for both my Mom and younger brother to live our day to day life. Im going through a lot right now and any amount of help would be highly appreciated.
