I am trying to help my mom. She is having her 20th surgery Nov 7th. She has had medical issues pretty much her whole life. This year is her 2nd round of breast cancer. She has met her out of pocket max thru insurance 8 years in a row. They raised it to $5500 this year. She hasn't been able to work much of this year
